I have so far been loading and shooting 147gn M80 pulldowns and 150gn Hornady FMJBT with great success from a 10.5 Marks Armory 1/8 twist barrel (non suppressed as of yet still waiting for the Govt to get its #@$ off its shoulders and send my stamp):

Cartridge: mixed: LC, WCC, etc / Cartridge: mixed: LC, WCC, etc

(seating depth caused the high ES and SD as the boolits were showing signs of hitting the lands and some pressure spikes as well)

As with all loads start low and work up never take anyone's data for the end all be all.

Today I worked up a load using the Hornady 110gr V-Max using Hodgdon H110. The load data says to start at 18.8gr and 20.0gr is the max. 19.0gr is what worked well with my rifle and I began seeing pressure signs at 19.4gr and 19.6gr so I did not even shoot the loads of 19.8 or 20.0 that I brought.

Noveske 10" 300 Blackout
Pistol length gas system
1/7 twist
Hornady 110gr V-Max
Hodgdon H110 19.0gr
2.040" OAL
Remington 300 BLK Brass once fired
Remington 7.5 primer

Shooting with Eotech @ 50 yards. Suppressed rounds had about a 1.5" drop from unsuppressed rounds.

New Custom AR
18" Rainier match barrel, fixed carbine gas

Hornady 125 SST bullets
H-110 powder
CCI450 primers
COL: 2.105" (set to cannelure seating depth 0.250)
Brass: misc 223 brass I reformed and batch trimmed
Dies: Hornaday 300 whisper 2 die set (the bullet seating/crimp die produced nice crimps)

Hodgon data suggested 16.7g to 17.8 g for a different 125g bullet, but this one isn't seated as deep so a bit more powder would be possible, but I kept it to the book for this try since I used 450 primers. I loaded 5 each from 16.8 to 17.8.

Quickload thought I could go 0.2 higher before getting into the pink (MAP-15%).

Powder Load (gr) est. muz velocity (fps) est. max pressure (psi)
16.8 Only successfully fed 2, others didn't even strip from the mag, bolt didn't lock back all the way
17.0 Fed three failed to strip 2, bolt didn't lock back all the way
17.2 A couple misfeeds where bullet got stuck in the feed ramps, bolt didn't lock back all the way
17.4 Fed all 5 rounds fine, bolt didn't lock back all the way
17.6 No problems
17.8 No problems

No signs of overpressure on any of them. All groups were about nickel sized at 25 yards.
This was a new gun and may cycle easier after it's broken in more. I'll be making more of the 17.8 loads and trying 18.0.

Rifle: AR15 RRA Lower / Model One upper w Floater Tube
1:8 Med Contour Carbine Gas ER Shaw Pipe (I think)
Spikes T2 Buffer
10rnd G2 Pmag (custom cut down 30rnd)
Various cut down range brass (LC, PMC, PPU)
20gr H110
110 Speer Hot Core
2.025 COAL
CCI #41

Found the Speer at a LGS and was hesitant to buy because of the short overall length and the sharp ogive. Reluctantly went with em and just ran the COAL a little shorter. I was impressed. 5 shot group was really well. Maybe 2" at 100yds. All fed and fired but didnt lock the bolt on last round. Sorry, no chrono numbers.

1:8 Hvy Contour Carbine Gas ER Shaw Pipe (I think)
Spikes T2 Buffer
10rnd G2 Pmag (custom cut down 30rnd)
Re formed range brass (LC, PMC, PPU)
19gr H110
125Gr SST
2.15 COAL
CCI #41

Great 5 shot group at 100yds and all fed and fired but still not locking the bolt. I dont think Ive got any combo of H110 to lock the bolt. No bad pressure signs. No Chrono numbers.

AAC 16" upper
AAC, Carbine Gas Length
Barrel Length (16") and Twist (1:7)
Magazine Brand/Size: MAGPUL PMAG G2 30 round
Bullet Used: 125gr Sierra Match Kings (aka OTM)
Powder Charge and Brand: Hodgdon H110 - (16.9; 17.0; 17.1;17.2 all the way up to 18.0gr)
Case Used: mixed year LC
Primer Used: WSR
COAL: 2.230
Chronograph Velocity, if known or manual velocity, if known. No CHRONO
All rounds fired, fed, ejected, and bolt locked back on last round.
I shot 5 rounds of each loads. 16.9 showed the worse grouping and only got better as the grain went up. 18.0gr showed the tightest groups @ 100yrds (sand bag).
18.0 was where I stopped and made 20 rounds. I did three groupings just to be sure. Next trip out I'll have to start from 18.1gr and move up. None of the loads show any pressure signs.
