Hornady max load with 125gr SST for Lil' Gun is 20.0gr with a COAL of 2.10" I just chrony'd this load -
12.5" 1-7 Barrel w/Pistol Gas, H Buffer
Liberty Mystic Suppressor (very quiet with these loads)
Lake City Brass (not annealed)
2.10 COAL with 1/2 turn Lee Factory Crimp
Winchester Small Rifle Primer
19.5 gr Lil' Gun
2069 fps
ES 19
SD 9.5
Cycled perfectly.
That was five rounds fired. I worked up from 17.5 and ES were all over the map. When I got to 19.0 grains, the load was compressed and the ES went way down. Pressure was getting high before 19.0 grains and I started seeing flatter primers. At 19, and at 19.5 especially, it seemed like the pressure was coming down as I was seeing nice round primer edges.

This round nose subsonic load cycled my gun but didn't lock back the bolt, so I'll work it up a bit. Also of note is that the flat base bullets are a bit of a pain to seat. You might want to add a little case flare as if you were loading lead when using FB bullets instead of your fancy post-1890 boat tail bullets.
Gun:
Magpul PMAG M3 20 and 30 round
8 or 9 inch Noveske barrel
Pistol gas system (nonstandard, but it's pistol length)
Integrally suppressed
Load:
Hornady 220gr RNSP
2.098 OAL
9.8gr of Accurate 5744
standard crimp that a Redding seating die will give, no taper crimp die
CCI Small Rifle Primer

this thread deserves a bump
there is good data hidden here for powders other than H110 / WW296 & A1680
not everyone has those 3 powders or can get them right now
and thanks to the members that have posted the data for the other powders that will work

No they are not illegal, you can own 9 rifles 2 pistols and 5 shotguns, thats all, you can not have a semi auto rifle in 223, or tactical rifles ak47, ar15, m&p, etc, you can register everything else with the Mexican army. Pistols only 22, 25, 32, 380, nothing else, and shotguns 12, 16, 20, 410.
Now you can import guns from the states, but you need a specil permit, took me 8 months to get it, and the first time they said NO, this permit is signed by the secretary of defense and state governor.
A lot of paperwork but can be done.

Re: Share your 300 Blackout Loads here>
Hope it's OK to review this topic a few months later. Anybody use Hornady 150 grain FMJ BT w/ Cannelure, part no. 3037 bullets? Just searched all 44 pages of this topic and didn't see a single mention of that exact bullet....seems to be the lowest priced .308 bullet I've found recently.
I've loaded it with everything from 17.8 to 19.3 grains of Accurate 5477, and 19.4 to 21 grains of Accurate 1680 (basically minimum to near maximum). OAL from 2.05 (which starts leaving marks near the tip of the bullet and is really hard to crank the handle of my press down (compressed load definitely) to the recommended 2.065 (which is posted everywhere...so I assume it's a popular bullet to use), to 2.12 (which is said to be the max to reliably feed in AR15 mags), tried a couple longer than that as well. Tried Federal and CCI primers. Even tried sorting my mixed brass (used all the Lake City with the same year stamp). ...and the best groups I'm getting are 5.5" at 100 yards!
For a comparison, my normal AR15/.223 with near 10K through the barrel still does 2.25" with factory ammo like Remington UHC or Lake City M855 (the last two types I had on hand to test this morning). Was a true 1 MOA gun with match ammo when I first got it.
Gun is a brand new (well, now probably 1K through it with all this testing) AAC 9" upper. Sights are the same I use on my AR15 (Aimpoint Micro and Troy flip-up sights).
Any suggestions to close up the groups? Going to see if my local shop has some H110, Lil gun, IMR 4227, or W296 powder, or any other you guys suggest.

I use h110/w296. 16.5gr at 2.100 with Remington 7 1/2. 16.5 is over max so i would work up in yours, though I've gone up to 17.5gr in mine before pressure signs were rather evident. Accuracy is roughly 2moa. My Hornady manual 8th ed starts at 13.5-16.2gr max with an oal of 2.220 for h110. They state w296 from 13.2-17gr max.
