DIY Primers

Post by Slightly stoopid »

As we all know, it's the apocalypse. Haven't been able to find primers for months and today no powder or bullets. Oh well. Picked up some "Prime all" priming compound a couple months back as a worst case scenario. Thought that would be safer than match stick heads or pop caps. Does anyone have experience with it?

Not good reviews on that product, but here is a handy link...

You can find primers. It's a matter of how much cash you want to spend vs how much time you have to search for them. I personally spent *many* hours searching and was able to purchase at fair prices. Lots of cash - gunbroker.com. Lots of time - reddit/discord.
