Midway has free frt right now, hazmat on a order of 8+ lbs of powder or a combo with primers is not really more than local prices. Some powder brands are a better deal yet.

They show free shipping on orders over $49. Did not see anything pertaining to Hazmat.

Hazmat or no hazmat is only one factor. The other three are powder price, amount you're buying, and shipping. No hazmat from Midway may be tempting but the powder prices can be (usually are) higher than elsewhere. For instance 8 lb. H110 is $185.99 from Midway, but only $168.25 at Powder Valley. The difference on that one jug nearly covers the hazmat. Buy two and you're ahead.

The retailers are not losing money on on "Free Hazmat" sales. They are making it up usually on the price.
