My PNW brass has only been used 3 times and some already went in too easy. I put a primer punch on table and push down on brass if it felt easy. If it pops out, It's trash. Kind of crazy seeing others are getting so many rounds. Guess I need to worry more about which brass I'm using. Guess I never though about that part of it, for which brass. My RP brass seems to be holding up still after 3-4 rounds. No loose one's yet. I was always scared to go over that many reloads. Maybe like others said, I'll have to just do lighter loads for heavy used brass. Thanks for that info.

PNW and PMC brass have been some of the worse I've come across.
I'll mirror dellet when it comes to investing in brass.
For subs, brass is much less of a concern due to low pressure. (duh....)

High performing supersonic loads are super fun, but be very careful.
300 BLK pressures can spike VERY quickly.
(Just ask dellet....)

That is an $800+ mistake.

Sadly although that particular round went super, I could tell because I “heard the crack”, it was supposed to be a sub load.

Regardless, what the Doc says is true. Fast powders draw a very thin line between primer crater and disaster. Sometimes less than 1/2 grain, sub or super it doesn’t matter.

Not uncommon for powders faster than H110 to be in a pressure range as high or higher than supers even with light bullets and primer pockets don’t care about speed only pressure.
300 Blackout, not just for sub-sonics.

AA#9 is a perfect example of this.
Once again, sage advice given by dellet...
