No idea, I shoot 99% of my stuff from single shots. I put together and AR for a few days then tore it back down because ARs are LOUD.

Depending on barrel length and gas system it should cycle.

BTW, it will not feed from an AR magazine. OAL is too long.

Steel mags in general, HK in particular, will allow a longer length than plastic. Same external dimensions, thinner walls, leaves more room inside.

That round will likely fit, bullet profile on the guide rib may or may not cause a feeding issue. It would be a try and see.
300 Blackout, not just for sub-sonics.
