For the most part Norma has held up better than Lapua for me in hot loads. I generally expect at least 7 firings.
It was mentioned earlier, but it's worth repeating, the blessing of the LMT enhanced setup is also it's curse. You just don't have all the early warning signs of pressure if you're looking for marks on the case. I have had loose primers in brass without easily visible ejector marks.
What helps is removing the primers in a separate step and checking the pocket before cleaning and sizing. You can generally feel a loose primer on the way out.
