Nosler 30 Caliber 220 Grain Ballistic Tip RN-BLACKOUT

Has anyone used these? I just now saw them. How long have they been out? Nosler's website shows optimum expansion at 1,000fps.

Well, I just ordered 200. Hopefully they'll work out. The price is much better on these compared to other similar bullets

Same Nosler bullet used by SSA in loaded SSA cases. I believe that SSA is now owned by Nosler.

Have purchased blems from that supplier in the past with excellent service and good product.

Shot a few SSA loaded ammo through my granddaughter's upper during load development. If I remember correctly 3 shot groups were less than 1.5" at 100yds. Did not do any ballistic gel tests. There is ballistic chart from Nosler site on SSA loaded ammo.

Careful if you intend to hunt with these bullets. From the link provided:

Based on the above, after 50 yards the expansion capability starts to degrade.
