The 2 year weekly search is over, I got my hands on 10 boxes of it last night.
17.99 with a discount came to 15.25 a box.
My jaw almost hit the floor, this stuff has been a long time coming.
Now, if this happens more often...I will be impressed.
Its not the best ammo but it is at least a little cheaper.
Thanks Remington, looking forward to shooting some and see how it works.
Western Wa. here and No, the Walmarts near me don't carry it yet.

No. I mean Barnes. Everyone else at Remington/Freedom is inept, as far as ammo is concerned. Barnes steps up and makes things happen, even though it's not their baby, they've made it happen.

Barnes is under the Freedom banner. So, it is all the same company. Has nothing to do with Barnes. It is just where Freedom decided to make the ammo.

Academy Sports just got some in. It sells for $14.99 a box....minus my employee discount = $11.99.
I'm glad to see it come in for folks who can't reload as it's fairly cheap.
That being said, I shot a box of it this AM and I'm not overly impressed with it.
Although it had 3 rounds in a 6 shot group almost touching, the other 3 made the group grow to 2.55" at 100 meters.

I reload Hornady 125SST with H110 at a cost of $7.20 per box/20. Half the cost & less than 1/2 the group size @ .880" at 100 meters.
