Freedom Munitions 150gr Hornady Reman Issues

I know I'm new here but must inform you gents on this issue. Please excuse the link to another forum, I thought it was best (and beyond my computer capabilities to get tapatalk post to copy paste here and keep the posts exactly the same). If you are able to copy paste this here, you have my permission as the original author of said post.

Basicly locked up the action, had to remove upper and "tap out" the bcg with a derlin punch. No answer from Freedom on this issue.

Sadly, there have been a few "issues" reported with the Freedom Munitions 300 Blackout.
Can you measure the OAL's and let us know if they're even remotely consistent?
Again, sadly, they may be VISIBLY different lengths (+- .010"...YIKES!!)....pretty scary stuff.
Please report back when you get more info.

Freedom Munitions may have become too big too quickly. I rue the day they moved to Texas.

This is where I say thanks and frack at the same time. I have the same lot number and some f'ed up ammo. I have one that was either stuck when sized, but it was spun around like a top and there are marks on the case. Also, it was spun around so much that the markings of the maker of the brass is gone and it looks like a mini mound.

I also noticed in your pics that there is corn cob media at the top of your neck...just like most of mine. Here are my pics (sample of out of 250 and almost none of the 250 passed the Sheridian Engineering Gauge...shoulder not set back far enough):

The only thing consistant is the inconsistancy.

I had a few more words to say then that, we'll leave them unsaid on this board.

I'm very disappointed in Freedom Munitions and their quality, I will never purchase from them again.

No response from Freedom and I'm ready to call it a loss and start pulling the bullets, tossing the unknown powder after checking the load weights, trying to resize the cases. Dunno, can't pass this junk along to anyone with a clear mind.

I know it is not an issue with my riffle:
110 Barnes
110 Hornady
220 reloads
130 Hog Hammers
all chamber and fire without issues.

I did purchase on credit card, so if I do not get a reply back soon, I will contact NFCU and get the charge taken off.

WOW!!! BLK is going on with Freedom?

I took a chance on them when they first started up and have always had great products come my way. My 308 absolutely loves their 168gr amax load.
I've bought several thousand rounds of 556 and 308 and a couple hundred rounds of 300blk from them and it was always done properly. It shocks me to see those pictures with obviously no consistency in the neck length. I know I definitely won't be ordering anything new from them, especially in the quantities I have been until I see them fix this issue. Damn.
