I’m UK based and use a Wildcat Evolution on my 300BLK RARR.
Good sound suppression and being a modular construction means it’s easy to strip and clean.
The other advantage for the Evo is I can swap it around on other rifles by changing the diffuser (for calibres) and the bridge (for different barrel threads) none of which are controlled items, so can be ordered direct from Wildcat and posted to you.
