Not exactly, but close. I load with WC820 milsurp powder. I was told to start with H110 or AA#9 load data. I started at 15 grains with a 125 bullet, and finished at 18 grains, with 2,250fps out of a 16" AR barrel.

YMMV

2400 has a very narrow window of function...look elsewhere in powders.

Both my RARR's like this load:

18.9GR H110, NOSLER 125GR BT, LC BRASS, CCI 400, 2.2” OAL, no crimp

One my RARR's gives 2278FPS average with the above load. The other gives 2160.9FPS average with the above load. While they both like the same loads, one has always been faster than the other, from a little bit to quite a bit with various loads. However, for the best hunting load in my opinion and experience, use the Barnes 110gr black tip bullets, LC Brass, CCI 400, 2.25" oal, 20.0gr H110, mild crimp...both my RARR's love that load.

NOTE: My 18.9gr H110 load may be higher than some reloading data. See my oal...it is also longer than some reloading data, which provides space for using a little more powder. Start low and work up to the accuracy and velocity that meets your standards and safety, trying both differing amounts of powder and oal. A couple of rifles preferred an oal of 2.1" with less powder for accuracy. That 2.2" oal load, as listed above, when fired in my Handi Rifle was way way too hot.

Oh, I went with CC 400 primers for my RARR's, as harder cup primers gave about a 5% failure to fire rate.
