Ruger American Compact Blackout

Has Ruger quit making the Ruger 300 Blackout in the compact size? My 9 year old is little for his age and the compact stock fits him well, but the regular stock is too long. Any suggestions? I think the model number is 6970 for the compact model.

Yes, they stopped making it in Blackout (that makes no sense to me, as that is what some people want or need). They do sell a separate short stock for about $99.

Suggestion: If you buy that standard length model, post you want to trade the standard stock for a short one...just a thought. No, I do not want to trade.

I was hunting for the same compact model for my wife. Found one very lightly used on GunBroker for $350. Keep an eye out there for one to come through.
