So how did you get one? Rebarrel it yourself? Friend at the factory? I didn't think they ever made it past the prototype ("Shot Show sample") stage.
Making the bad man go away since 1982.

I get this message when trying to insert pics using the Img tab " It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image. Please verify that the URL you entered is correct. " so I'l just put up a couple thumbnails and the source location of the pics.

These were from the first outing in 300 Blk

A couple 100 yard groups with factory ammo.

I've had my MVP for a few years now, good rifle. I'm not at all ashamed to be an early adopter. I got a Tromix .300Blk 19" sporter weight drop in barrel when they did a run of them a while back. They're all sold out now but came in 11", 16" and 19" lengths in heavy and light contours threaded for a can. Quality of the barrels was excellent.

On the first outing in 300 Blk the rig started shooting tighter and tighter as the round count went up till I ran out of ammo at 120 rounds. I needed more ammo from the same lot to see if it was a fluke or a new trend so I didn't post the scary good group targets.

It was trend not a fluke and after that she rips 'em right in there at 3/8 to 3/4 moa if I use good ammo and do my part on a good day.

I like the rifle in both 5.56 and .300Blk calibers. This things a hoot and it shoots like a house afire in both calibers ( if I use good ammo, and do my part, on a good day).

I can't justify it but I'd like to do the same thing with a Howa a Ruger, CZ and a Savage.

The MVP's come in two different action sizes. The 7.62 NATO/.308 is a short action of the same size as a Remmy 700 SA The 5.56 is the 5.56 /.223 is the small action /mini action scaled to fit the round. Yah she's pretty svelte.
