Subs

Post by copperhead »

I shoot both subs in 308 and 300blk and the 300 is far more better than the 308 in the sub department mainly because of the case capacity and burn rate in the case. The 300 has a lot less air space in the case and you get a lot less deviation in bullet velocity resulting in better accuracy al longer distances. I was getting 1.5-2" groups at 50 yards with the 308 and 1/2" groups with the blk out. 100yds I'm getting .75-.9.

That's pretty good at 100.

the very reason I got into the 300 blackout is I had a rock river 308 and couldnt shoot subs for crap . I just decided to shoot supers through my 308 guns and let the blackout handle the sub stuff .
