700....Time proven platform. You can trick them out to the hilt as well.
Micro 7 just feels like a cheap toy. It even costs more than the 700.

I chose the 700 because, while heavier,
I put a magpul hunter stock on it with the magpul bottom metal so I now can run 10 round detachable mags through it.
And actually, I don't have any problems carrying the extra weight or shooting off hand with it.

I may have been on the losing side, but, I'm not convinced it was the wrong side.

They are two different guns IMO.
Didn't get a chance to meet up with him this weekend to do a side by side.
From what I see, the AAC is a little "smaller", lighter and compact than the 700 SPS.
Kinda depends on how you plan to use it.
Exactly. I got the Micro 7. To me, the cartridge is all about light, handy, short range shooting. 200 yards and under. I don't need or want a heavy barrel, bigger action, etc. for that kind of work. I filled the stock with foam, bedded the front action screw, and camo painted the factory stock. Put a PA 1-6x24 with Blackout ACSS reticle on it and I am in love with the rig. I does precisely what I need it to do and does it in style. Like the man said, depends on how you plan to use it.

Looking for a 300BLK scope and was wondering if the ACSS reticle has bullet drop markings for both sub and supersonic?lawboy wrote:Put a PA 1-6x24 with Blackout ACSS reticle on it and I am in love with the rig.
