Micro 7 Jamming / feeding problem

I too have the jamming/feeding problem others have experienced.
The follower is never straight in the magazine well (which flops around in the stock - is this normal???).
Consequently, the round is never in the same place and orientation as the previous one.
This is with factory ammo (220 OTM) - I haven't tried anything else.
