start with checking your seating die settings.

one of the more common issues we come across here is that the dies crimping feature is engaging the brass before the bullet is seated fully, starting the crimping process and causing a bulge somewhere as the brass is collapsed when the bullet "seats" the rest of the way.




some pictures if you can post them might certainly be helpful as you'd be surprised what can be gleaned from a visual inspection only.

you may also wish to compare a failed (not chamberable) reload to one that WILL chamber and see if you can visually see any differences yourself when comparing the two. or comparing to a factory load, or commercial remanufactured ammo like you started out with.
