will an empty resized case drop into the chamber and extract without issue?

if yes then it is either COL or crimping to much and causing a bulge
Yes, I am a Baptist, and yes I carry a gun. You might think I carry a gun because I don't trust God. Well you would be wrong. I have complete faith in my Lord. It is mankind I have no trust in

Here's the question i had too...sounds like a feed-ramp or magazine issue if its sticking the "bullet" in the ramp and jamming there before chambering...if you can load and fire FACTORY subs from same mags, then we can determine that the issue is the reloads...

Yes factory ammo loads and shoots fine.

I know the issue is reloads that is why I am asking what I am doing wrong. I do not crimp. Just charge the powder and set the bullet. It does push out a burr around the lip of the casing after seating the bullet.

Crimp !!
You may have the case neck catching on the ramp.
Plus I found that with LC brass if I didn't crimp and slammed into battery the bullet was pushed out of the case. I made dummy rounds and when the bullet growth stopped that's where I set my crimp.

Combo of chamfer/debur and then use LFC die for a light crimp...

Keep talking about crimps and OAL, I'll say it again, your brass isn't sized properly.

I did read on here once that LC brass sometimes needed the OD around the neck turned down as it was a thicker brass.

That may be so but he hasn't got it to the chamber yet. It's hanging on the feed ramp.
