Custom adjustable gas block

I couldn't find an adjustable gas block that I liked so I decided to build one. It will have three detented settings; Off, full flow for subs, and limited flow for supers. The block is constructed of stainless steel as will be most other parts. I will post more pics as I progress on the machining.

Drilling the valve stem in a collet block so holes are perfectly perpendicular to one another. Large hole is for subs that delivers full gas with a 0.109 hole. The smaller hole is for supers with a beginning ID of 0.055. If that small of a port doesn't cycle the supers I will drill out larger in small increments until it cycles. In between these will be the off position with all positions controlled by a detent.
