Berry's Subsonic is available

Post by JoeHarley13 »

Don't know what they were thinking with their pricing at $71/200!!!!!
At first I thought, $71/500, that's a good deal, then I saw it was for 200.

I think I'll pass, 208gr Amax are cheaper.

$71? Showed $79 when I looked. I sent them an email, told them I can get Nosler CC for the same price, ELDs are on sale right now for less. We'll see what they say.

Yeah that price is crazy. Hopefully it's a mistake!

Agree on the price. Because I can't help myself about reloading and testing for 300 blackout I did purchase some from the NRA show where they had them at show price only for $62.

Here are some pictures, I have them loaded up and plan on testing them soon.

I bought 100 just because I couldn't help myself, but there's no way I'm buying more at that price.

Just like Berry's to be late to the game and with an overpriced product you can get just about anywhere else for half the price.

If you are just looking for cheap subs these are probably not the bullet for you. If you are looking for a jacketed bullet that offers the possibility of expansion at subsonic velocities, then you need to be comparing them to the high dollar fragmenting bullets. With a thin plated jacket over a soft lead core, and a grain weight that actually makes sense for subs (compared to the lighter Alexander/Rainier plated offering), these offer something that hasn't been available previously. Even at the same price as the match bullets, these win due to their construction, if you are planning on shooting things other than paper or steel targets.

That berrys bullet will not expand or fragment at sub velocities.
Yes, I am a Baptist, and yes I carry a gun. You might think I carry a gun because I don't trust God. Well you would be wrong. I have complete faith in my Lord. It is mankind I have no trust in
