Primary Arms

Post by Doc68 »

Just a shoutout
So I ordered a red dot from Joe bob outfitters. It was a primary Arms red dot(their aim point comp m4 AA battery model). Mounted it on my new blackout build. Turned it in and bore sighted it. Then I decided to dry fire the rifle and out went the red dot. I turned it all the way off and back on, nothing. I switched out batteries and nothing. Dead in the water. I didn't know who to call, so I called Joebobs up. The CS rep out me in hold and when he came back on, we had a 3 way conversation with a PA rep. They immediately sent me a new one, next day air and a return label for the defective one. I just got the new one yesterday and mounted it today. Works great. Tomorrow going to zero it.

Just wanted to give them a shoutout for great CS.

PA has always been top notch. Never heard anything bad about them and my personal experiences with them over the last 20 years has been excellent.

I use Joe Bob's and Primary Arms too and think both are great vendors.

They have had my business for the past year now. They will definitely have it for a long time down the road too!

PA puts out good stuff & stands behind their product. I have their multi-reticle 30mm on my .45-70 Guide Gun. One (large) ragged hole at 50 yds. I figure if the .45-70 couldn't kill it, it'll be just fine on my 10.5" .300blk sbr.

Great people and products. I own 6 red dots from PA and will continue to buy them.

I've had good results with Joe Bob's too.

Haven't dealt with PA yet, but good to know they stand behind their products.

Nothing against PA, but I wouldn't use any of their optics on a serious firearm. For range duty they are alright, but if I had to grab a firearm with optics for life/death, it's not going to be PA optic.
