I'm not gonna change barrels just on looks. I want a heavier profile as well just didn't mention that. The only light weight profile barrel I have is on my remington 700 mountain rifle in 30.06. Everything else is a decently heavy profile. I thought I wanted a lightweight build at first but now I changed my mind. I didn't use an anti seize with graphite. I can't remember what kind it was but we have used it quit a bit in engine building. I understand about aluminum and steel being two different hardnesses but I just meant that I didn't think it would hurt doing it for one time bc once I put a heavier barrel on I will never change it again, sorry if I offended you. I might get another receiver and use this barrel for when I'm stalking but the heavier profile will be when I'm in a stand or blind.
