8.5" barrel overall length?

Anyone have an 8.5" barrel handy that could measure the overall length so I know where to cut mine? AR barrel, thanks.

Nope, it's new in a box. It's going to become a leonidas, so it's gotta be pretty exact.

Ive been studying the Leonidas for a bit and im not sure how "exact" it has to be. They say you need a 8.5" barrel but their build sheet says they use a 8.2" barrel. Found another saying 8.2" barrel called a 8.5" with a total length of 8.75". its all over the place. I say if you cut at 8.75" you will be good.

I called them about that, was told 8.2 to 8.5 will work, but the site says 8.0 for custom work. I guess what I need to figure out is where do you measure the 8.5 from?
