Custom scope specifically for my 300

I already have a Falcon Menace fpp scope with mil dot, but want to venture into something else.

I have heard that there are companies that offer custom turrets for the Leupold Mark 4's, but want to know if anyone out there had one or had another suggestion.

I want to be able to shoot one bullet (just say the Nosler 125 bal tip at 2200 fps) out to about 500 yards with the ease of a turret. If my target is 382 yards (using a laser range finder) I want to dial in 375 on the turret, but the cross hairs on my target, and pull the trigger.

Any suggestions?
