Golly, it sure does smell an awful lot like flowers in here!

I've done work photography work with 45 or so manufacturers within the firearm community, my images have been used for catalogs, magazines, covers, etc. I have also shot work for the US Military. I am prior service and a full time LEO.

I now also shoot and write for Military Times. My primary focus will stay with weapons, accessories and related equipment reviews. Manufacturers can reach me through any of the boards. Have something new? Let me know.

Well NO one wants to go after Stickman because he's photos are the best. However here is my little kiddo, very fun to shoot! Just got the two stamps back a few weeks ago. Looking forward to another range day!

Thunderstruck-

I know what ya' mean...I was scrolling down page waiting for it to load and a Stickman pick was up and I as your Pic scrolled up I was litterally in the middle of telling my wife the pics of Stickman's rigs are sick!!! Thought that was funny

Anyhow, good looking build you finished. What length barrel is that. I just started my NFA stuff so it will give me plenty of time to work up some loads and general trigger time on my rifle. The 300aac caliber makes it hard to put that thing down for any plinking, varminting, nuisance control...Its my constant carry gun 8)

Thanks for the compliment. I went with a complete Noveske build. It has the Noveske 8" SS barrel with a 7" Troy extreme rail. Also sportting an Aimpoint T-1 with an Aimpoint 3x magnifier. I could not decide between the 300 AAC blackout or the 5.56 so I did what any civilized gun owner would do and bought both.

I'm still waiting on the paperwork to clear on the lower for the 5.56 but its also a complete Noveske. The upper has a 10.5" barrel with a voltor monilithic upper and Noveske's switchblock.

The can is an AAC 7.62-SDN-6. Forgive my unedited pic as Stickman would be ashamed.

The levels of pictures aren't important, we are all friends here. If you had taken your above picture and over exposed by a full stop, it would look quite similar to mine.

I'm just giving you props Stickman! You know how to produce some awesome gun porn!

Thunderstruck- Its definately a must to have a AR in 223 too. I built a blackout bf my 223 build, and its puurty, but man the 300 just makes it so enjoyable on the AR frame....I used the excuse that if the shtf 223 ammo will be waaaay more accessible than 300 in a scavenging situation, but until I runout of the 5 cases of blackout I have stockpiled for that reason, the Zombies are gonna suffer from "Blackout Exposure"

I got a UTG midlength handguard i added this weekend. $80 and American made! Its not DD or Larue, but its definately well made.

How do you like that stock on the blackout. Looks like it be a good fit for that platform. Looks amazing too.

It the shorter arfx stock but its perfect for an ar when u can have optics far forward to compensate for eye relief. I just shot nothing of them today and that 300 is the shit. Always accurate. That 10/22 is giving me cold bore flyers so i smoothed some shit on it tonite and i expect it to run perfect....some guys at the range had an ar in 223 and they were smittened by the aac. I am sold on the blackout
