Sdustin, I was told by the KAC rep that add on rails would be out late June. I'm planning on buying some too as I've got the same problem. I just don't like the feel of metal. I don't wear ninja commando gloves when I shoot...I guess I like ninja commando rail covers to hang on to instead. It's all personal preferance but metal get's cold and hot, the magpul rail covers are just more comfortable to me.

The metal feels ok to me and ive shot the piss out of it and its still not too hot but i like to run a vertical grip with a flash light ran at the 7 o'clock position to use my support hands thumb and there is no room for that. but i also really like the look of the magpul rail covers and once the add on rails are out thats what ill be doing.

Tools are a hundred buck now.
