I wanted to bump this because now that Magpul is coming out with an airsoft version could we possibly see a real version soon?!

300BLk would be ideal for this as well due to its low recoil so in a bull pup i bet it would be VERY manageable.

Robert or Stickman have you guys heard if Magpul has abandoned this? I would pay in excess of 2k for one for sure.

Guys. It is a plastic mockup. It is not a gun. Making a gun and a shell are two very different things.

You know that if you made this in 300blk, everyone's jaws would drop, and this would be the most wanted item.
Some how, this must come to fruition.
I understand what you are saying. Maybe not exactly in that configuration or size, but it certainly is possible.

It was conceptual in nature.
Stick

I've done work photography work with 45 or so manufacturers within the firearm community, my images have been used for catalogs, magazines, covers, etc. I have also shot work for the US Military. I am prior service and a full time LEO.

I now also shoot and write for Military Times. My primary focus will stay with weapons, accessories and related equipment reviews. Manufacturers can reach me through any of the boards. Have something new? Let me know.

So have they abandoned the concept or was there just not enough interest to justify the R&D cost of creating a working prototype?

see thats the other thing too, why bother putting it in a video game if it will never be a real product. I guess it does help your "street cred" with future customers.

I would not say they abandoned the concept. It is still a concept.
