Does anyone know if the 300blk will work in the new surefire high capacity magazines or for that matter any high capacity magazines or drum magazines?

if loaded to specified length, I don't see why they wouldn't ... plenty of videos on youtube of people using all kinds of mags ... mine works fine with pmags ...

yea i dont see why it would not work with standard double stack mags but the new surefire has that funky split follower in it so i was wondering if there was an issue with the .30 cal bullet.

You can order them on Brownells but i think they are back ordered now. The first run was supposed to ship out in Feb or march i think.

But has anyone tried it yet with 300blk, what about the drum mags?

The SF 60 rounder does not work with an AAC 9" upper and rem factory 220gr.

That's the only combo ive seen tested.

Edited to add, of course, i just saw a video where a SF 60 rounder worked just fine, so who knows?

Good news is- buy one, if it doesn't work, you can still use it with your 5.56.
