Remington 220gr Subsonic ammo NOT subsonic (round 2)

Post by jbuck »

Well I haven't heard back from remington after then said that they were going to send me a return label and replace my ammo. Last response was May 25.

But I went to the range today and the ammo was running from a low 1125fps to a high of 1153fps. I am at about 8'-12' above sea level depending on the tide. My rifle is a Rem 700 that was originally chambered in 17FB, it is now sporting a 16" AAC Med. contour 300BLK barrel, and I was using a Trident suppressor.

Also the Corbon 300 Whisper ammo was running 1020-1045fps.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

Thanks

I would call back Remington and ask where your replacement ammo is.
