Brakeout 51t for 300 blk

I want one for my 300 blk build but I am not finding one in 5/8x24. Any ideas or does it come with an adapter.

Any 51-Tooth mount can. in 30 cal, 762-SD and 762-SDN-6. In 5.56, M4-2000 and MINI4
