Gunsmith, call bushmaster and ask around until you get someone that knows what they are talking about. Last time I checked they had all the parts available. If they don't have them for sale separately you can get a full 5.56 barrel assembly. Cut down and sell the barrel as an SBR on arfcom and make most of your money back. And have the piston parts for a 300 conversion.

I'm definitely going to give them a call and see if they'll sell a 5.56 barrel assembly for my projects.
