Robert, if I call and order one directly from AAC, can I have you guys put an 18-tooth FH on it instead of the 51-tooth?

Thanks,
James

Not really as the part number for the upper has a list of sub parts which includes the 51 tooth flash suppressor. However, I am sure several dealers would swap it for you if you ordered from a dealer.

By the way, the best tool for for the flash suppressor is a 22 mm crow's foot that you can connect a torque wrench to.

Damn. When you factor in the barrel price (Msrp of 400?) and the URX, that is a really great deal. What is MSRP on the flash hider? 150? Right there you are over the cost of the upper, and still get the recevier and BCG. Think I just made up my mind

We want to sell a lot of them so we tried to keep the price down.
