Why don't mfg post min exp velocity?

I think all of them are always reluctant to make concrete claims. If you state a performance number as a manufacturer that's a risk. for one thing you can be proven wrong in that performance number which looks bad on you. For the other thing it sets a benchmark with somebody else can pass. Or perhaps has passed already. Much better to just keep it in vig untestable hyperbole and market the heck out of that. manufacturers will provide data to people who wouldn't buy unless you give them the data but they'd rather give non-specific marketing to everybody else. If you will buy based on a claim like "dramatic downrange performance" white risk ruining that sale with a number.?
