Slow first round on sub load

Help please, I keep getting a super slow round normally on my first round. Five shot groups the first is around 850 and the rest fall right in line at 1050. Tried A1680 and h4198. What gives? Using 220gr berry bullets.

First round as in first of the day with a cold barrel? Clean barrel? First round of each mag?

Seems to be first round of the mag. Defiantly first on a cold barrel
