Anyone have any input on the SIG brass for 300 Blackout? Not having much luck with it, compared to other brands of reloading brass.

Working fine for me so far, though a friend had a box of Sig factory ammo recently that pushed several primers out. I didn't police up any of that brass.

What problems are you having?

it comes out uneven when sized. Plus the RCBS AR die does not apply enough neck tension, as to why I switched to L.E. Wilson neck sizer die.

What do you mean by "it comes out uneven?"

that sounds more like a die problem than a brass problem if you ask me

can you give us some pics of a warped neck one?

So, after 3.5 years, anyone have positive or negative opinions of Sig Blackout brass?

Works just fine for my reloading needs.

Might you have compared its case capacity to converted LC, R-P, or others?

All of my brass is converted LC, but I have been curious about the Sig brass in case if one of my shooting buddies is willing to let me have his Sig brass or if I were to find a deal on factory loads.

Thanks!

I have NOT FORMALLY measured the SIG case capacity. That said, the SIG brass loads I have chronographed have performed as expected without any pressure sign nor velocity anomalies.
I have also found their factory loads to perform as advertised.
