Does anyone know the trajectory of a 7.5 inch 300 blkout? I sighted it in at 25 yards

Generally speaking it’s parabolic.

Right now I only have.147 grain. I am waiting for my silencerco to get out of jail for the subs.

You’ll need an approximte muzzle velocity. Then find the ballistic coefficient and plug it into a ballistic calculator like the one the Hornady website

Figuring about 1950fps muzzle velocity (I averaged 5 low-priced vendors and subtracted a bit for the short barrel), a G1 ballistic coefficient of about .410, and a sight height of 2.5" (scoped AR), zeroed at 25, it looks like you can expect about 2" high at 50yds, 4" high at 100yds, 3" high at 150yds, 1" low at 200, back to zero at 230yds, and, get this, 20" low at 300 yds.
But to repeat Sarge's advice, if you could fill in your definite numbers in place of my estimates, any old ballistic calculator will give you a full readout.

Thanks very much for the start. Since I was just retired on Thursday, I think I will have more time to shoot. I can start at 25 outdoors and just keep going. There is a 500 yard range here in Phoenix, but I can't even see that far without a scope.

Trajectory has more to do with velocity than barrel length. The higher the velocity the less drop it will have.
A 30" barrel shooting a bullet at 1,000 fps will have more drop than a shorter barrel shooting the same bullet at 2,000 fps.
