Need some help
I have a B.O. i built myself with the following components;
10.5" barrel
carbine length gas tube
non adjustable gas block
pistol length buffer tube from KAK
KAK shockwave brace
mill spec buffer spring
I have tried mill spec H1, H2, H3 weights. ( i have even gone with a 2oz total buffer weight)
I cannot get it to lock back on the last round, I have been using Remington UMC subs, no can.
Does anyone have any suggestions to get this the lock back and cycle correctly?

That's the issue. Should have gone pistol with a 10.5" barrel. Who made the barrel?Tommyboy35 wrote:

A suppressor makes a big difference. If you plan to shoot it with one, try that before making any permanent changes, like drilling out the gas port.Tommyboy35 wrote:my main goal was to get a can. that is why I want it to cycle subs. I have not tried super yet, but i will for giggles
Re: Cycling issues
The official answer is throw the barrel in the trash can and get one that is set up correctly. The long answer.........Tommyboy35 wrote:Need some help

Many handloads will work pretty easy suppressed some factory. There are a couple powders that will work without a suppressor, but I have not found (haven’t really tried) any factory that will.
If they will cycle now, and just not lock back on empty, wait until you get your suppressor. Set it up with a standard carbine buffer and spring and go from there.
Depends on how you want to go about it, but it can be done.
300 Blackout, not just for sub-sonics.
Re: Cycling issues
Get a seekins 10.5 inch barrel and use the barrel you have now for supers in another build.
