Finally - My 300 blk Pistol

Post by Spike »

After buying bits and pieces as I saved pennies I finally assembled my 300 blk Pistol today. Now I need to make some ammo and go try it out! I'm feeling a bit crappy, maybe I need to call in to work tomorrow.

CMMG LPK
Ballistic Advantage 8.5" Barrel 300blk

Very nice looking build! I just finished one myself. I tired to do some serious shooting with mine but unfortunately the JP yellow springs I put in it were causing major light strikes. Just installed Kaw Valley springs and getting ready to shoot again. Again, nice build...Good Luck!!

Well in a pinch I picked up some Remington UMC 120 Gr OTFB. I put my upper on a friends lower with the Kaw springs and it fired perfect. With my JP springs you can see on the primer it is a very light strike. I will be reloading for it very soon.

I've got a 300blk pmag on the way in the hopes that my handloads with eggleston 200 grain bullets will feed right with it. The ones that did feed and I was able to shoot felt great and made a nice group.

I've got an H buffer in it right now but haven't shot it enough to know if I'll stick with that. The spring is whatever came with the extension.
