Re: Between these 3 triggers
I have an SSA in both of my 300 blackouts. Haven't tried the others.

Welcome, welcome i'm not sure i would bother with a red dot sight on a home defense gun. that means you would either have to leave it on all the time or rigorously train to turn it on as soon as you pick it up. i kinda have the same feeling about the brace. Under duress, do you think you will reall...

Re: Blackout brass seasonal item?
Plenty of brass, plenty of bullets, plenty of primers, ...and no powder. If you already have a good supply of the first 3, then there's no point in buying more without powder, unless they are selling for really cheap.

Re: MidwayUSA Changed Shipping Costs
The UPS-USPS route is a real farce for me,,,we don't get mail to the house, we have to head into town to get the mail, but the UPS guy will come to the house. And he can not give me the pkg, but I have to wait till the next day to pick it up at the post office! So the UPS guy comes to your house, s...

Re: MidwayUSA Changed Shipping Costs
Their shipping prices used to put me off every time I got to the checkout. I live about 70 miles from Dallas (and 50 miles from DFW airport). Once had an item shipped from a warehouse near DFW airport to me via UPS. UPS put it on a plane from DFW airport to Kentucky, where they put it on a truck and...

Re: AR - pistol vs rifle
As much as I am a proponent of subsonics, Dolomite pretty much echoed my general opinion. for HD there are few effective subsonic rounds. and there are issues that have to be addressed before I would be completely satisfied with using a subsonic round for the specific role of HD. A subsonic bullet ...

Re: 8.5" barrel overall length?
Really? Is that because the OAL is over 16 so it's not considered a SBR?

Re: Extended rails to prevent suppressor burns
With an extended rail, how are you going to remove the can? Silicone can sleeve would work better. Or maybe something to stop your hand from going too far forward like a Magpul AFG?

Re: 8.5" barrel overall length?
$1707 for the upper alone. Not bad considering an AAC 9" upper costs close to $1000 and the AAC SDN6 costs $850. Can't swap the can to another gun would be the only major down side.
