Can you post a pic of one. My rule on somebody else's reloads is to pull them down and load them again. That way I know what I am shooting is safe.
But that is just ole cautious me...YMMV

IMHO, the change in primers wont cause you any catastrophic problems.

Re: Issue with forming 300 BLK from 223
Not meaning to call CW out, but I only use RCBS dies. If I try to push a 223 case through the 300BO die, it crushes the case and makes it unusable. I am also not a fortune teller......but I am leaning toward RCBS coming back with a response that says their dies are for "resizing" cases not...

Re: Issue with forming 300 BLK from 223
Honestly, I could not tell you the length that I trim to as it has been a while since I have formed cases. I use a "jig" as well and the only adjustment I have is the length. I can loosen the screw that holds the jig in the saw and slide it either way to make the cases longer or shorter. I...

Re: Issue with forming 300 BLK from 223
What is your OAL before forming? Looks like your case may be too long before you form and it is hitting the mouth before you get a full length size on your case. I am in agreement, I think your case length before forming is too long. After all they do stretch out a little during forming. As far as ...

Re: Subsonic desintegrating bullets
This link is to 110gr "Sinterfire" projectiles. When striking some type of object they desintergrate into dust I guess. https://americanreloading.com/en/30-caliber-308/2436-308-110gr-frangible-sinterfire-250ct.html Anyway, they are a lightweight but in a bolt you could get the velocity dow...

Re: Speer Gold Dot 150 BLK
Before I was recently prohibited from shooting, I had tried some Shooters World Socom with the 150gn Gold Dot. The last load I took and fired at the range seemed a little mild, no pressure signs in my 16" AR and shot pretty well. Definitely a load I will revisit at first chance when the shootin...
