failing that, if you want to go cheaper I think your going to have to cast them yourself... of course they wont be plated, but I dont really see any need to shoot plated at sub velocities anyway.

I think I have some IMR 4198 to try but I know I dont have any A1680 or VV110. Might have to pick up a pound of each to play with if the Unique doesnt give good...
