There are definite performance gains, especially if you're shooting out to 200. For only one example, 125 SST in the blackout @ 2100 fps vs. a 120 SST in the 6.8 at 2400 fps. Higher BC + faster means the 6.8 will have more energy at 200 than the 300 BLK does at 100. Personally, I wouldn't shoot hogs...
