Re: Why no stainless steel bolt actions?

Because the manufactures don't see enough potential buyers in the marketplace. You can get lot's of stainless rifles in other, more powerful cartridges, the major builders don't see a sustainable market for a medium to low powered specialty round like the 300BlkOut.

Re: CVA Hunter in 300blk - New Deer Slayer?

I have one of the scouts in 300BLKOUT and a second one in 20ga rifled. Both shoot sub moa and I have killed three coyotes with the BLKOUT and two deer with the 20ga. They are a economically priced and very accurate single shot long gun.

Re: Help or hurt HPA?

As a side note, outside of the BATFE; The Federal Courts have prevented all other federal agency's from being able to regulate firearms or there accessories to date. I say bring it. That is false. If you commercially make most any part for a firearm, you have to pay the State Department a multi tho...

Re: Help or hurt HPA?

The more I think about it, even if they were removed from the NFA for a short time, the left would never get them back on it. As a side note, outside of the BATFE; The Federal Courts have prevented all other federal agency's from being able to regulate firearms or there accessories to date. I say br...

Re: Help or hurt HPA?

In most of Europe and many parts of Africa, shooting/hunting without a suppressor is considered bad manners. We need to make that the norm in the USA.

Question on Ruger 22/45 uppers?

So I have a spare Ruger 22/45 frame with the Volquartsen trigger and accuracy kit installed. I want an integral upper with iron sights. The question is who makes the best? Price is not an object within reason ($1000?) but as you know we all hate the wait time to get our form 4's approved, so a manuf...

Re: Ammo for mule deer

I've found that the very light 110gr V-max bullets designed for the 270/308/30-06 work very well at 6.8spc and 300BlkOut velocities. Those bullets are designed for varmints in excess of 3000fps starting velocities. When you shoot them at 2300-2500fps they act more like a good old Core-lock or Silver...

Re: RARR with MDT LSS chassis

Try down loading the magazines by two rounds, that helps with the feeding reliability in the 223Rem versions.
