They go pending when they cash the check or debit card. But as said before you can call ATF with SN# and they will tell you the status.

I use 147gn XTP over 3.4 gn of Titgroup, very accurate and quiet. I also have loaded them with CFE pistol that works very well but I dont remember the powder charge off the top of my head.
