I am running the Barnes 110 TTSX for deer hunting That's what I bought first. I bought the SSTs after shooting a quart water bottle with the TTSX @ 2400fps and getting a .30 caliber hole in and out with only a little split in the back. I realize that's not full expansion test, but it didn't inspire...

Rebel, it's a 1:8. If you looks at the reviews at Midway, everybody is getting MOA accuracy. :roll: I have a 14.5" Rainier Ultra Match sitting in the safe, but I can't use it until the stamp comes. Unfortunately that will probably be after hunting season. I did shoot a few 110 TTSX bullets, but...

That is weird. I load mine at 2.163 and have never chronied them except once because they shot so good. I was running an average of 2150 out of my carbine, quite a bit slower than yours with 17.8 of W296/h110. Maybe you are running them to short and compressing the powder a bit ? Try them longer, I...
