Subforums in this section, one for bolt guns, one for ARs?

Is this possible on this type of forum? I've been trying to collect load data, but there is a lot of additional digging involved making sure what I'm reading will cycle an AR.

Denver area chop saw/jig usage trade?

Anyone in the Denver area let me use their setup in exchange for some brass or beers? My Leonidas isn't even in jail yet, still at Liberty, but I figure I better slowly amass everything I'll need over the next 10 months or so. I've got some 40 and 45, assloads of mixed 9mm, a sack of LC that acts fu...

Re: more velocity with less powder?

Velocity regression is a sign of high pressure. You should also see your ES numbers get larger. When I see it with my 5.7 loads, it means I'm way over and should have stopped a while ago.

Re: How do you successfully remove the muzzle brake?

I had to get a 20+ year old A1 off, it was a bear. I ended up squeezing two 2x4s in a vice, running a 1/2" drill bit between them to create a channel in both, then used them to clamp the barrel in the vice so it wouldn't get damaged. Some PB blaster on the threads might help. Just make sure the...

Re: Question about NFA trust created by attorney (I reside i

The first line in my trust is a 2 dollar bill with serial number. After that are the NFA items. Not sure about NC, but that's how it works in CO. We're also allowed to gift to a trust, so it doesn't need it's own bank account. I paid $300 for mine, got a year of support with that, and I don't feel i...

Re: Best magazine for 300 blackout

I've been pondering this question and researching myself, as I've got many moons to wait for my Leonidas to get out of jail, and I've decided on the clear Lancers. The internet says they work very well, and I say they look very different from a Pmag or a GI mag so I'll hopefully never stick one in a...

10", more velocity, not that much longer, and there's one for sale in the classifieds right now.

Re: Thoughts on Poly Lowers

I had a plum crazy for about a week. It worked, but it just felt gross. Plastic take down pins and the whole thing flexed. I'm sure there are better designs out there, but other than a cav arms lower they're not for me.
