I use and have been very happy with Troy Industries...I use their Alpha rails. Lightweight, tough as hell, modular Rails let you put rail sections where you want them on the sides/ bottom.

I was surprised at how well some of the shorter, rounder profile bullets fed in my 300 blk AR...especially Sierra 110gr HP and Speer Hot-Cor 130gr. Both test runs ran perfectly and had good accuracy. Ran 19.4 gr of H110 on the Sierras and 18.2 gr of H110 on the Speers What oal if you don't mind sha...

I'd go with a low profile gas block...get a full rail free float handguard (Troy Alpha is my favorite)as long as you can get it( I use a 15 inch rail with my 16 inch barrel) to get the front sight as far forward as you can...this will give you the longest sight radius possible and improve the accura...

RCBS Uniflow is good...but for tru accuracy, but the Powder Baffle to go with it...gives it true .1 accuracy.

Plenty of threads on here about what you need to start reloading. Start small and simple. Read some reloading manuals/books, learn the process, and enjoy. Starting with Basic Lee brand equipment, you can get a complete setup to begin loading for well under $200.
