My newest Creation, M1919 "modernized" belt fed.
Been mulling this Idea around for years ever since the M230 conversion. Could not stand the stock set up on it. I think this set up at least looks a litlle better than the TNW attempt. With a little help from some guys on here, I finally got this functioning. One of my goals was to get it to functio...

Re: Load data help for powder coated 230 grain for AR15
With any subsonic load, start high and work down. Having used many different heavy grain cast powedercoated bullets for subsonic 300blk. To include the lee 230. I use the closest data for jackets and work down. I have not used CFE blk but would do the same procedure as I have done multiple times. A ...

Re: our country
I am with you my friend. To make things worse, now both NC senators are supporting this new gun control bill. Making your job that much more difficult. I pray for you my friend, and for our nation.

Re: Anyone shoot lead cast pills in their 300ACC?
I have shot cast bullets in 300blk from 115gr to 265 grain and always been able to get them to cycle. From supers to subs. If you are pushing a 115gr and 125 gr to 1850 fps then an AR15 set up correctly should cycle just fine. If you are pushing a 220gr cast to 1850, I might suggest you stop before ...

Re: Eform 1 denial
It seems a bit more clear (at least to me) now that ATF final rule 2021R-05F, Definition of “Frame or Receiver” and Identification of Firearms has been published on 11 April 2022. Reading through it (no small task....okay, maybe skimming instead of reading), it appears that the intent is for the pa...

Re: DD DDM4 PDW AR pistol ( 7 inch barrel ) ammo help !
I am a huge proponent of subsonic use for hunting. The Hornady 190gr SUB X does very well. My son used a supersonic 110gr Barnes black tip last year and it did an awesome job. It is a very popular bullet for 300blk Having said that, My HD Rifle is loaded with 110gr Hornady VMAX Supersonic. You are k...

Re: Eform 1 denial
I wonder how many people put on their application that they would be buying a kit from "Convertthistoasilencerdotcom"? That is part of the problem. Currently there is no place to put anything of that nature on the Form 1. All you have to identify is length and caliber. Supposedly the atf ...

I was thinking I could go mine the iron ore. If I had the first clue how to.bangbangping wrote: ↑Tue Mar 01, 2022 12:07 pm Perhaps you should say you're going to start with a pile of bauxite. You'd at least have a good story when it got denied.

Re: Eform 1 denial
Greetings, I am new here and new to the ATF/NFA crap. However I recently saw an article about recent changes in the law defining suppressors. Apparently things that can be made into suppressors must now comply with the registration, tax and transfer provisions of the NFA. Recently an online store s...
