Fast powders make for quiet loads. You're probably going to want to add a pistol powder or two to your options. I, too, have had success with N105 and Blue Dot. Next will be 300-MP.

3.6 grains of Vihtavuori N320 runs around 930FPS out of my suppressed 4-1/2 barreled AR. It shoots clean and quiet.

When I talked to Liberty about the first generation Mystic-X, before the 300WM rating, they said to keep chamber pressures under 40,000 psi IIRC, but I didn't get a muzzle pressure number from them. Obviously there's a big difference between chamber and muzzle pressure.

I sure like my Mystic-X, though I don't think you get as much back pressure with a 9mm can, it will be interesting to see if it will cycle. Also, have you considered that Liberty lists a minimum length for 300K as 5"?
